Welcome to the SEI-Nashville talent discovery experience!

At SEI, we are intentional in our hiring process to ensure a great mutual fit and find candidates who share our passion, values, and vision. Although we’ve adjusted our current hiring approach to align with the market climate, we remain eager to speak with Nashville professionals who are open to networking conversations. These conversations are intended to provide insight into our unique business model, serve as a forum to get to know each other, and ultimately, offer a way to determine if SEI is for you.

Who is SEI looking for?

SEI Nashville is seeking dynamic and innovative consultants who are not only intelligent, personable, and collaborative problem solvers but also possess an entrepreneurial spirit. The ideal candidates will be excited about the opportunity to grow and develop a new business in Nashville, bringing with them a wealth of diverse experiences and backgrounds. At SEI, we believe in a flat organizational structure, where peer accountability and transparency are paramount.

As a consultant, you will engage in all aspects of our business, while supporting clients and leveraging the collective value of the organization. SEI is committed to building strong community connections, both locally in Nashville and across the country. If you are passionate about taking ownership and making an impact, SEI may be the perfect fit for you.

How long is the process?

The experience will be tailored based on your timing and availability, as well as the availability of our team. The opportunity at SEI is not time-boxed so the pace depends on both your preferences and our current hiring timeline within Nashville. You can expect to meet with 7-8 SEI team members over several weeks with someone who is either actively engaged with day-to-day delivery with our clients or in various leadership roles across SEI. During these meetings, we will review your skills, experience, and alignment with our core values and ownership expectations. We understand the value of your time and want to ensure that your experience with us is productive and fulfilling.

At SEI, we prioritize doing what’s best for our people and our business. Our timeline to hire can be impacted by our current client project volume as we continue to grow within Nashville, while also taking into consideration active project timelines staffed by SEI NSH team members, and other candidates in the process.

What role am I being considered for?

We are looking for well-rounded problem solvers who can adapt to the changing needs of our customers. We value diversity in skills and experiences and are more focused on finding the right people to join our team than filling specific roles with predetermined skill sets. We are focused on building a business and providing exceptional client delivery across a variety of industries and capabilities. There is no set number of openings, and you won’t be competing with other candidates for the same opportunity. Throughout the hiring process, you will have the chance to learn more about our work and hear from our consultants about their experiences. Thank you for considering SEI, and we look forward to exploring how we can work together to thrive in the Nashville market.

Compensation and Benefits

SEI offers a competitive compensation, equity and benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401(K), life insurance, PTO, parental leave and a wellness program. As with other aspects of our business, our compensation and equity program is unique and will be covered in more detail at the appropriate time in your discussions.

Awards and Accolades

Our goal is to be not just a great place to work, but a great place to BE. Our company is owned and managed by the people who come to work here every day and our owner’s pride is evident in the awards we’ve received over the years.

Community Engagement

SEI takes pride in volunteer efforts and giving back to our local communities. Whether consulting a local business or volunteering our time, we’re passionate about where we live, the people we work with, and the clients we serve. From the Nashville Health Care Council and Junior Achievement, to Gilda’s Club and Operation Stand Down, you’ll find SEI volunteer opportunities and community events all year long.
